Medicinal Ingredients: Rosemary extract 10:1 (Rosmarinus officinalis) (leaf) 150 mg (DHE 1500 mg), L-Glutamine 110 mg, Lecithin (Glycine max) (seed) 110 mg, Ginkgo biloba 50:1 (Ginkgo biloba) (leaf) (24% flavone glycosides, 6% terpene lactones) 80 mg (DHE 4000 mg), N,N-Dimethylglycine (DMG) 50 mg, Magnesium (magnesium citrate) 14.5 mg, Huperzine extract (Huperzia serrata) (whole plant) (0.025 mg Huperzine A) 2.5 mg, Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 330 mcg, Folic acid (folate) 300 mcg.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Hypromellose, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

Suggested Use: Adults: Take 1 capsule, 3 times daily. Take with or without food. 

Cautions and Warnings: Keep out of reach of children. If an allergic reaction to one of the ingredients occurs, stop using and consult a healthcare practitioner. Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Use cautiously in patients with liver disease. Avoid with known allergy to Huperzine A, Rosemary and Lecithin. Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are taking cholinergic or anticholinergic drugs or are following a low protein diet. Discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner if you experience dizziness, drowsiness, fatigue, insomnia, edema, nausea and/or heart palpitations.

Contraindications: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are taking any acetylcholinesterase inhibitors or medications for diabetes, high blood pressure or seizures. Do not use if you are taking health products that affect blood coagulation (e.g. blood thinners, clotting factor replacements, acetylsalicylic acid, ibuprofen, fish oils, vitamin E) as this may increase the risk of spontaneous bleeding.
